Sayın Nejla Kılınç, Almanya seyahatinde gözlemlediği bir sokaktan yola çıkarak mekanların sosyal kimliğini ele alıyor. Şehir planlamasının sadece fiziksel değil, aynı zamanda topluluk oluşturma meselesi olduğunu vurgulayarak, "Şehriniz ve sokağınız sizin mi?" sorusuyla bireyin kentle ilişkisini sorguluyor. "İnsan mı kenti yaratıyor yoksa kent mi insanı yaratıyor?" sorularına cevap arayarak, düşünce ve mekan ilişkisini vurguluyor. Konuşmasını Bertolt Brecht'in "İnsan, ancak onu düşünen hiç kimse kalmadığı zaman gerçekten ölür" sözüyle sonlandırıyor.
