When there is real crime that goes overlooked and when police protest that they do not have resources, this is how at least 7 police officers have spent their time- in an over-reaction arresting an autistic girl for alleged homophobic remarks which were nothing more than an observation about a police officer's resemblance to the girl's grandmother- and made at home (and so beyond the terms of the public order act).
