It's really simple and delicious to make this pan-fried kebab.
Grate a large onion and a half bell pepper, then mix in the ground beef and seasonings. To make them stickier, thoroughly combine them and let them sit for 30 to 60 minutes.
Put it in a pan and spread it out thinly. Place over medium heat and cook until one side is golden. Then, create layers and flip it over to finish cooking the other side.
Afterwards, combine tomato sauce, hot water, pepper, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice to make a simple sauce, then pour it into the pan.
Layers of tomato should be added and cooked. Add your bell paper halfway through and cook it further. It takes an hour to cook through.
