Find the ingredient list here. It is not like to me to not include the whole recipe in a video, the little kids were having a rough day and threw me off.
Recipe: after browning the hamburger and adding the diced potatoes create a small hole in the center and place your cubed cream cheese, sprinkle your chosen spices (you can add what I did or use your own) across the top then pour about 3-4 cups of milk across the top (you want it to wash the spices down in to the middle of everything) and then top off with beef broth until you can see liquid just below the top of the potatoes. Be careful not to overfill the pot, you may have issues getting it to cook and it will spit liquid all over the counter once you open the release valve. Do a quick release after cooking in the soup option.

Milk
1-2 blocks cream cheese
Garlic pepper (1-2tsp)
Granulated garlic(1/2-1 tsp)
Powdered onion(1/2 tsp)
Chili powder (1/4-1/2tsp)
Turmeric (1tsp)
Top with shredded cheese
