Mulago Specialized Women and Neonatal hospital is operating at less than 50% of its capacity due to a lack of resources to run the facility.
The hospital, which was commissioned in October 2018 by President Museveni, has only been running hospital services for 6 months.
As Walter Mwesigye reports, the hospital will require about 45 billion shillings annually to function to the expected capacity.
