Jackie’s operation is underway while Brooke stays with Nick. They learn that the surgery went well, but there is a chance Jackie may have brain damage. As Dr. Hillman examines Jackie, she wakes up and appears to be fine. Donna tries to convince Brooke that Jackie’s fall might not have been an accident. As Shane continues to make advances at Phoebe, she tells Shane that she is nervous about her mother’s trial. Harry interrupts them and convinces them to come back to the house so Storm can talk to Shane. Shane is hesitant to talk to Storm and declares that he wants to leave town. Phoebe convinces him to stay. Taylor is awoken by a bad dream, leaving her with the feeing that Phoebe is in trouble. She convinces the guard to let her call her daughter. Phoebe tells her mother that everything is fine.
