This is a rant video. I am quite tired of the cheap shit parts on the market advertised as good. I have been rotating between vendors looking for the good stuff. Quality parts that we can offer to our clients with our quality service. We are also in a small little country in the heart of South America, so shipping costs and shipping times can be tricky. Returns are almost never an option unless we order Thousands of USD at a time that are all defective. That being said, we try to find the best B2B sellers that have a good reputation. Today I learned that MS is not one of those for their small parts.
I wait weeks to receive forwarded mail in small orders internationally. In the end, to get shit parts. Our client's have an expectation that I will have his iPhone fixed in around an “x” period of time as parts need to be ordered. If they approve this time frame, we go ahead and order the part that evening. Then... I get the parts after "x" time and they are trash.
Now the client gets to decide, what should he do? Has he received a good experience? Has a Quality repair been preformed in "x" time? Should he leave me a bad review because I did not deliver the service within “x” and am asking for “2x” time now? Is this shop professional? Are their services professional?
If I can’t offer a part that I ordered for a client as a good part, what about my other parts? Should I Lie saying the shipment was delayed? What do I do to save face? Well... Switch providers seems like the answer, until this bullshit practice is not an industry standard that is being followed by MS.
Really... this is not cool. We represent quality here locally and when my orders have fake parts in them that are trash, how does that reflect on my business and how we operate on a daily bases? We would love to have all the parts we need in stock, but some times we can’t fit them all in our location or justify their price and need to make a quick order or 2 knowing the repair is approved.

--UPDATE --
As of March 2021, it seems that the quality of the Front Flex cables have been resolved. I received some replacement units at no cost and they have the correct components and are of a good quality. One of my buddies in the UK also has verified that he received good cables and is finally pleased with their quality. (So it wasn't just to please me, but seems they have resolved it)
