Terrance "JUG" Mitchell
Had the whole package when it came to playing the game of basketball from handling the ball to running the floor to shooting the ball from mid-range and from deep known as a pure competitor on any given night he will change the pace of the game in an instant if it's playing hard-nosed defense or creating a play for himself or a teammate. Mitchell was known for never letting down and never taking the gas off of the pedal when it came to humiliating his opponents. Playing in the early 90s at East high School in Rochester New York alongside Art long, Reggie Smith, Sean Johnson, Will Kendrick and many other great teammates which helped blazed the torch running over teams that stood in their way to getting to the championship who was Coached by a legendary coach Sal Rizzo in which took his East high team to the war memorial to compete for a section 5 championship in the early 90's
