Before I got hold of the DJI Mavic back in late January I’d never flown a drone before. I was also completely new to shooting video and bought the Mavic because I wanted to start putting together short films alongside my landscape photography. So this is an untechnical review about how easy I’ve found the Mavic to get used to flying and shooting video with, as well as how effective it is to use alongside my landscape photography while travelling.
