In this video, I talk about the benefits of training. Believe it or not, there are actually detractors who perceive exercise as a vain and shallow pursuit, offering very little in terms of benefit. However, training is a practice by which we cultivate and realize our potential. It teaches us valuable lessons about persistence, effort, change, determination, and discipline. Aside form the psychological benefits, it helps us stay healthy, mentally and physically, so we can offer a better version of ourselves to those in our lives. Moreover, it can inspire those around you to be stronger and healthier, both mentally and physically.
