Antonia Tropiano, who works in her family's bakery, has struggled with weight issues all her life. When she reached 310 pounds she opted for gastric bypass surgery with Dr. Armando Castro at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills. Eighteen months after her surgery, the 25-year-old woman has brought her weight down to 148 pounds and is ready to start a new chapter of her life.
