In this lesson, you will learn the following structure: To be used to something
The form is as follows:
subject + verb to be + “used to” + noun phrase
Example sentence: I am used to the French accent.
To change the tense, we change the tense of the verb “to be”. Example: "They were used to the English accent."
We can use a gerund as the noun phrase. Example: We were used to studying.
In the video I also explain the negative form and when we use it.
