Your xbox one controller will continue to blink until it connects your xbox one console. There are two different blinking patterns on the xbox one controller, one is slower and the other one is faster. If your press down the sync or bind button on the xbox one controller, your controller will be in bind mode and will be blinking fast. This will make it discoverable to bluetooth devices. You can connect your controller to via USB and this will connect your controller quicker.
