I am part of a religious tradition that observes the season of Lent (which begins with Ash Wednesday, hence the ashes on my forehead). One of the common practices with Lent is fasting, and in this video I talk about the psychological benefits of fasting and in particular reflect on the technology fast I am aspiring to for this season in an effort to create space for other things in my mornings and evenings.
In-Process Thoughts are informal reflections and questions I am currently pondering regarding the human experience, often recorded as I go about life outside of my office.
