Day 1 focused on an extensive exploration of brain-computer interface (BCI) and neurotechnology, covering topics ranging from EEG recording techniques to the impact of modern technologies on human life. Sessions included discussions on olfactory/scent BCI, real-time processing with the g.tec Suite software environment, the hardware requirements for ECoG and stereo-EEG BCIs, speech decoding from intracranial signals, running EP experiments, and the integration of BCIs in fashion design. Additionally, speakers highlighted advancements in neuromotor interfaces and closed-loop experiments, providing attendees with a comprehensive overview of the field’s current state and future prospects.
