A clue outside the grid gives the sum of heights of buildings that can be seen in that row or column, whereby larger buildings obscure the view of smaller ones, eg the row 415798362 has a skyscraper sum of 4+5+7+9=25 from the left and 2+6+8+9=25 from the right. FULL RANK: imagine each row and column, read in either direction, as a 9-digit number. If all 36 such numbers were listed in ascending order, then the clue indicates the rank which the corresponding row/column would take in that list. ARROW BULBS give the sum of the digits along the attached arrow. Digits may repeat on arrows if permitted by other sudoku rules.
