During this video, we'll explore how to use the AWS Tools for PowerShell to call the AWS Systems Manager Run Command service.
First, we'll start by launching a small fleet of Amazon EC2 instances running Microsoft Windows Server, using the AWS Management Console.
Next, we'll use the AWS Tools for PowerShell to inspect a Systems Manager document named AWS-RunPowerShellScript, and remotely send an array of PowerShell commands to the EC2 instances. Finally, we'll use PowerShell Remoting, from Windows 10 out to an EC2 instance, to verify that the Run Command execution ran successfully.
