Hopefully Jack Stavris likes this video! Also, you can all feel free to count how many times I say "um" or repeat myself in the video! :P
Anyway, this is a video where I talk about my old ThinkPad R51 laptop, which was made over 11 years ago. After being used by my sister for years, it was passed down to me when she upgraded to a MacBook. I've fixed it up, made a few upgrades, and now have a nice little laptop to bring with me to school. I have a much more capable MacBook that I could use for my everyday work, but this ThinkPad, despite being older and slower, is much more versatile for my needs. It is built like a tank, and unlike most newer laptops has a proper keyboard, rather than the stupid chicklet keys that are on everything now. Having the hot-swappable UltraBay is a nice bonus, and in the end this is still a great computer for me, and can do just about anything I need it to. I still have the MacBook for video editing and heavier web browsing, but I have to hand it to this 11 year old hardware for still keeping up. My only concern is that this is one of the ThinkPads with the faulty ATI graphics chips that are known to fail, but so far mine has not given me any issues.
