Just days after being released from San Francisco County jail, James Durgin could soon be a wanted man, again. The California Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation tells the NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit that it has submitted a request to the court to issue another warrant for Durgin’s arrest since he failed to report to parole officers on Monday, as mandated by a judge last Friday when Durgin was ordered released from jail. Durgin, who had been incarcerated since February, was sentenced to time already served for violating the terms of his probation relating to a previous conviction and, thus, was allowed to walk out of jail just after midnight on Saturday.
