I was watching Jay's hifi channel and listening demo his new $600k system when I came across DIYHIFI's channel where he did a response video with his home built GR-Research NX Ottica open baffle speakers and his H frame open baffle subs. And I thought it might be fun to jump in on this and do my own video for comparison.

Note: I have an untreated room and this is recorded with a 360 degree Ambisonic Zoom mic which captures the entire room sound. So you will hear noises coming from every direction. Depending on how the other two videos are recorded, they will sound different just based on what mics they used, size of the room, and amount of room treatment. So unfortunately I can't give you an exact apples to apples comparison as if my speakers were in the same listening room. But this was done for fun, and I enjoyed doing it.
My system is:
Spatial Audio X5 open baffle speakers
M1 Apple Mini Roon server
Sonore Signature Rendu Optical Level 2 transport
KTE Sigexer SU2 D2D Converter
KTE Holo May DAC
Atma-Sphere MP3 tube pre-amp
GoldenSound Attenuator
Benchmark AHB2 Monoblocks
Power cables and speaker cables are GR-Research and LessLoss firewall adapters.
Interconnects are Audioquest
Power conditioning Greenwave for each device, Furman power strips, and a ISOTEK Aquarius power conditioner for the Benchmark Monoblocks.
