Not all overnight oats work for meal prep, and that's why I'm excited to show you these ones! These are my favorite overnight oats to meal prep in a big batch because they keep well for multiple days in the fridge (I've specifically used ingredients that keep for a longer time). They are flavors that are simple enough that I don't get tired of them, and they're delicious enough that I don't get bored of them (I still look forward to them on day 4!).
