Hello and welcome to episode 2 of GBR Thrifts... A very Great British take on thrifting - or charity shopping / bargain shopping / carbooting as it's known over here - and not in any way connected to LGR Thrifts... No sirreeee... that's in America. This is the UK god damn it, and there are British bargains to be had. In today's episode I explore the sprawling nooks of Norwich. In particular Anglia Square and Magdalen Street, which is awash with charity stores, bargain shops, cash generators and quaint vintage shops alike... all potentially holding some retro gaming bounty. Surprisingly I didn't bump into Ashens either. I assume he must hunt these streets late at night, when the true ghouls come out. Apologies for the slightly dodgy camera perspective in this video... it was attached to my coat, but you may be pleased to hear that I've found a new and improved location to clip it to for next time which results in more stability, a better perspective and less hands flying in front of the damn lens!
