In the three lectures ‘Handling Lifelines genotypic data’ we will inform you about the Lifelines genotypic data (CytoSNP and UGLI GSA), where you can find those data on the UMCG HPC, how you can have a look at those data, how you can extract genotype, how you can perform genetic data analysis on the UMCG HPC, and data, discuss important issues to account for in the analyses. In addition we will show you how to combine UGLI data with data from e.g. a case cohort and the issues related to this. Lectures include: 1.
