This video provide information on the documents employers must submit to participate in the Step Up Youth Employment Program. Step Up connects Minneapolis youth with Twin Cities employers through internships that build careers and lead to a more diverse, skilled and equitable workforce. Each year, Step Up provides training, paid summer internships and other career opportunities for 1,400 Minneapolis youth (ages 14-21) at over 200 employers in 15 industries. Step Up has created over 31,000 internship opportunities since 2003, yielding a competitive talent pipeline, a stronger economy and millions of dollars in wages for interns.
