In this video, I will show you how to use your Android Smartphone as an external monitor for your DSLR. This will be a hard-wired connection to the smartphone to view what's on the camera's screen.
Unfortunately, this method does not work with iPhone/iPads.
What's needed:
1. DSLR Camera
2. Mini HDMI To HDMI cable
3. Android Smartphone
4. USB-A Video Capture device
5. OTG USB-C to USB-A adapter (used in the video)
6. OTG App
