Simulation of freefalling along a timelike geodesic into a Kerr black hole with rotation parameter (a/M = 0.97), represented in Kerr-Schild cartesian coordinates. The geodesics followed by the camera and the grid have no angular momentum L=0, no Carter constant Q=0, and unit energy E=1. The axes of the camera are not parallely transported but animated by hand. This does not represent what one would see, but only the embedding of the positions within the Kerr-Schild coordinate system.
