This is my second video in a series on the director Wong Kar-wai. In this video I outline how we can read his work as a social and political document that comments on the culture of Hong Kong.
Like with the first video, I’ve designed this video to be as accessible as possible, so whether you’re already familiar with his work, or had never even heard of his name until now, why not watch and learn a thing or two about one of Asia’s most distinctive directors.
