As the number of workspaces in a Terraform Cloud organization grows, managing them becomes challenging for organization admins. Terraform projects help admins organize and centrally manage their workspaces at any scale. Team permissions can be assigned at the project level to enable self-service and eliminate the burden of managing workspaces individually without the overhead of resorting to multiple orgs.
