Dune: Part Two clocks in at a running time of two hours and 48 minutes, but there were still some things left on the cutting room floor. This includes entire subplots and characters that were completely excised, including one played by Tim Blake Nelson. He was officially cast, but he doesn't show up at all in the finished cut.
