Notre Dame de Paris and its predecessors has seen a history spanning two millenia, going from Gallo-Roman temple, to various iterations of churches and cathedrals, and then to a place of worship for the cults of the French Revolution. Needless to say, this building has been through alot, and here I try to summarize that.
