How's it going everybody, I'm the Canadian Lad
and news have broke down regarding Robert Downey Jr.'s role as Iron Man.
Reported by Deadline, Robert Downey Jr. is officially reprising his role for the iconic superhero Tony Stark.
He's gonna re-appear as the brilliant billionaire in the upcoming Black Widow movie.
But keep in mind, Black Widow is a prequel movie that takes place between
Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War.
It only makes sense that Tony Stark will be in the movie
provided that during that time, the Avengers were going through some tough time.
The Sokovia Accords that split down the Avengers into two sides
is gonna be more explicitly shown in the movie.
Scarlett Johannsson aka the Black Widow made her debut in the MCU
in Iron Man 2 with RDJ in the leading role.
And now by reprising his role as Iron Man,
It's an opportunity to pay off and complete the circle that started with Iron Man 2.
This time, it's gonna be Scarlett Johannsson playing the lead-role
with RDJ acting as a supporting character.
As from the audience's perspective, it's gonna be one hell of a ride
because we all know what happens to their fate in their future
when they both sacrifice their lives in order to save the humanity.
Black Widow will officially be the LAST movie for both these actors.
And I cannot wait any longer to see my favorite superheroes coming back to the screen again
for ONE LAST TIME.
Here's something to note however,
Robert Downey Jr's role in Black Widow movie won't be as extensive
as Black Widow's role was in Iron Man 2.
Reportedly it's gonna be a cameo that could be done using previous unused footage of Robert Downey Jr
or just him coming back in real and shooting new scenes for the movie!
Which is more likely to happen.
And that's an amazing news for all the Marvel fans
and the Solo Black Widow movie just couldn't get any better!
That's it for today, I'll see you lads in the next video!
