As an IT Admin, you’re copying and pasting all day long. If you haven’t already, consider enabling Clipboard history. This allows you to store multiple copy buffers. To enable:
1. Press the Windows Key + V.
2. Answer Yes to enable clipboard history.
To use
1. Copy items into the clipboard as usual with Ctrl + C.
2. To paste, press Windows Key + V (instead of Ctrl +V) select the item you want to paste in the Clipboard board history with the arrow keys, and press enter to paste the selected item.
Windows Key + V can be a time saver when you want to keep multiple items in the clipboard. Happy cutting and pasting!
