On July 9, President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order to “Promote Competition in the American Economy.” The Executive Order established a "whole-of-government" effort to promote competition in the American economy, acknowledging that anti-competitive practices across industries have driven up prices. We talk about some of the health care related pieces to this Order and what's next.
