The missing Cydia easily fixable via SSH on both Windows and macOS, and the commands used are pretty straight-forward. I am not entirely sure what causes the bug for the moment, but I am entirely sure Coolstar and the Electra Team will release an update that will fix it in the future, however, this is the manual method that you can use if your Jailbreak succeeds but the #Cydia icon is not appearing. The uicache command that we're using is pretty straight-forward. The command forces the iOS to rebuild the application database and therefore to spot that the Cydia application has been added. This way, the Cydia icon will appear on the home screen (Springboard). To run this command, you will need to the first SSH on the device. The default credentials used by iOS are "root" and "alpine". It's recommended that you change the default ones after you do the procedure.
