Nobody knows what other people are going through, or how close to the edge they feel. In the UK the biggest killer of young men is suicide. In this video John Butler shares his own story as a young man of 'getting to the edge' and his compassion for anyone facing the final option. He considers how the practice of meditation may expand one's experience from being a 'trapped little me' to the ultimate freedom of Spirit.
