The UHD 4K World Cup coverage on BBC iPlayer looks beautiful in its HLG high dynamic range glory. But for live sport what is really important is reliability. I have a fairly decent cable internet connection, and this is what I sometimes get. You still can't beat broadcast TV for reliability.
