Looks like I wanted to do this now. Running from Hades in a low level game is a nightmare. The Lances will tear you to shreds if you don't know their moves. There's one thing that makes this less impossible to not get hit. Auron's Limit. It won't kill the lancers most likely, but it will damage them to the point where they can be killed in a couple hits. Trust me, you don't want these guys hanging around.
So the first group can be killed with one Limit if you know how to use it. So no problem here, just start with it right away. Just make sure Hades ball doesn't hit you after. You SHOULD be invincible to it until you touch the ground I'm pretty sure. So after this use an Ether or do what I did and wait for the MP Bar to recharge (Saves an Ether). Next group has two Lancers and Shadows. Do a Limit right away but make sure you're right next to both Lancers. If you do it right the Shadows should be mostly dead, if not all, and both Lancers near death.
Here's the thing about the Lancers. When their HP is low they do their Reaction Command move. They will start flying around crazily trying to hit you. If you see it coming, just mash Triangle. But be careful it also has a spinning move in this form. Use the Reaction Command to damage it and enemies around. You can Guard it too, but why do that. Again, after they're all dead, get your MP back.
Next area, you have a combo of all of the above. Two lancers, hook bats, and shadows. Same procedure, start with a Limit if you intend to not get killed or hit. After that the Shadows should be gone along with the Hook Bats. Two Lancers remain. Now this is where you need to be careful. DO NOT kill both of them, only kill one. If you kill the last you'll trigger anohter set of enemies to appear. This is the part where you should sacrifice an Ether. I chose not to, but in doing so I almost got smacked several times. After it recharges, kill the last Lancer to make more Heartless appear. Then do the limit again. Everything but two Lancers and the new Large Body should be left. This is where it gets really tricky. One of the two Lancers has GOT to do their Reaction Command move (unless you're really unlucky). So prepare for that and hopefully with one or two you'll take out both. Last is the Large Body. Guard Hades' fireballs into it to do damage, use magic, do whatever it takes to get its life low. Eventually it'll charge up and dash at you. Mash triangle to stop it and them quickly kill it.
Speaking of Hades, you can't damage him. His fireballs will irritate you if you don't see them coming. They take off half HP at this level too, so make sure you guard them. After a limit and after the Reaction Commands, you're temporarily invincible from them, so use that time to prepare to guard anymore coming or move out of the way.
Overall, this was a tough spot for me in my last playthrough. This time it wasn't so bad for me, not sure why, guess I've just gotten used to these kind of things. But getting a no damage is still pretty tough. Don't bother trying to do it without limits, you'll go insane at LV1.

Q: How do you stay Level 1?
A: In Critical Mode in KH2FM, you are given an EXP 0 ability at the beginning of the game. Equipping it makes it so you don't gain experience. Drive Forms aren't affected by it, so you can still level those up.
Q: What's Critical Mode (CM)?
A: Critical Mode is the new difficulty mode in KH2FM. It's basically slightly harder than a low level Proud Mode challenge.
Q: Hey how come you have (Insert ability here) at level 1 when you get (insert same ability here) at (insert KH2 required level here).
A: In KH2FM, they switched some abilities around and made some where you don't have to level up to gain them. A perfect example is the Scan ability.
Q: How can you do 2 finishers so early on in the game?
A: Just like with the EXP 0 ability, you're also given a Finishing Plus ability at the start of the game. So you can do 1 normal finisher + a second finisher.
Q: How come I hear English voices if this is KH2FM? I thought it was Japanese!
A: KH2FM has English voices with Japanese text. Simple as that, I don't know why people can't grasp that.
Q: How can I get KH2FM and how would I get it to run on my PS2?
A: If you have the fat PS2, like me, get Swap Magic + a Slide Card. I got the Swap Magic 3.6 + Slide Card deal at thegiantstore.com. I also bought KH2FM at play-asia.com (more) (less)
Q: How come your stats increase if you're level 1?
A: You get bonus level stat ups from beating scripted fights. For example, some give you HP+, MP+, Strength +1, Defense +1, etc. If this didn't happen, then it would be near impossible to do a LV1 playthrough.
Q: Hey is this Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix?
A: You're an idiot, get off the internets.
