Directing videos for punk giants The Clash made Don Letts a music industry icon: the collaborations he went on to forge with the likes of Sir Paul McCartney, Sinead O'Connor and Bob Marley cemented that status.
Now, he prepares to release his own debut album - at the age of 67.
He spoke to ITV News' Arts & Entertainment Editor Nina Nannar about what's changed, and what hasn't, over the years, and why he thinks Black History Month is "tokenism".
