I've recently seen a number of people setting up an Arduino to automatically play the Chrome Dino Game in their browser. This got me thinking, could we get an Arduino to play the Chrome Dino Game on another Arduino? I found a version of the game which runs well on an Arduino Uno with an LCD keypad shield and then set up another Arduino with an LDR and a servo to play it on the first.
I had to change a few things in the original version of the code but it landed up working quite well. The Arduino managed to get a high score of around 400 a couple of times in this version of the game. After this, the cactuses blur together and ghosting becomes an issue, so the Arduino is not able to tell the cactuses apart and respond quickly enough.
