Quilcom Newerchord is Rex Basterfield's emulation of the Hammond 1939 Novachord keyboard, the world's first polyphonic synthesizer.
It strikes a wonderful balance between "traditional", with a sometimes pipe-organ-like sound, and a more modern sound, without actually straying into real modern synth territory.
Deliciously vintage!
In this demo, I use 4 different presets.
I also use Quilcom Pipeverb, which sounds wonderful and seems very appropriate here.
