MEPs and the ministers of foreign affairs of several EU countries will gather to discuss EU's enlargement policy. Ministers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia and Austria are expected to participate.
The debate is organised by Parliament's foreign affairs committee ahead of the European Council meeting at the end of March. The aim is to hear the different opinions on the topic and to gather ideas to deal with the challenges the EU enlargement policy will face in the future.
