For the seventh episode of our Octopus reacts series, we selected an everyday object with which most of our viewers are probably quite familiar with. The trusty broom! Our octopus investigated this strange-looking, long object thoroughly, from top to bottom. You'll notice a lot more color changes and flashes than in previous Octopus Reacts episodes. This was evident during the entire course of the experiment. We initially thought it was due to the bright pink color of the broom. We replaced it with a white broom and again the octopus displayed lots of color changes and flashes when faced with the new broom.
