Today we are going to take you a deep dive into Adin Ross’s new home, the former home of Charli D’Amelio! Adin Ross’s new home is located in beautiful sunny California in Los Angeles County. For the safety and privacy of Adin as well as the rest of his friends and family we will not be releasing the address of the home. We also encourage you to respect his privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. The beautiful multi million dollar mansion is perched on the hillside 0.47 acres of land with a gorgeous backyard space, that you may recognize from Dixie’s D’Amelio’s famous Be Happy music video. It’s safe to say Adin most likely leased the home, as the home sold early this year for just over $5,000,000. If we had to take a wild guess Adin is most likely paying roughly $29,000 per month to live in this beautiful home. The home is a 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom with 5,500 square feet of living space breaking down to about $999 per square foot. The home was built in 2019 with an original listing price of $5,995,000 and over the last couple years has seen a nearly million dollar price cut and with the current market conditions may continue to see the value drop. Lucky for Mr. Ross because he is renting this beautiful home he won’t have to worry about the nearly $43,000 per year of property taxes and the $23,000 per year of home insurance costs. But seeing as how Adin Ross is doing in the streaming world I don’t think if he had to endure those costs it would be much of an issue. Diving in through the front doors you are met with a beautiful rock garden and glass staircase. This home is all centered around the main outdoor space. As you make your way from the front door you enter directly into the living room and kitchen area. The home has an open floor plan with pocket sliding glass doors that creates a seamless indoor outdoor experience. This home would be perfect for entertaining as you could open up all the doors and have plenty of space for people to move around as they please. The outdoor space comes with a beautiful inground pool with a hot tub and a waterfall feature. There is a gas fireplace off to the side of the yard with an outdoor kitchen which is the perfect place to cook up some dinner and enjoy a summer night. Because the home is situated on the side of a hill the backyard offers a perfect sense of privacy which I think the Adin greatly needs. The bathroom also comes with a free standing soaking tub that you may also recognize from Dixie’s Be Happy music video.
