During their Yugioh tournament stream and Luca’s birthday totsumachi, Nijisanji EN gave a little glimpse at the cursed memes they share behind the scenes. Here’s some of them. editor’s note: This vid took a while since it became so long (trimming down Luca’s 8 hr birthday stream to the relevant parts and make it smooth took way too much time) –I initially gave up on it to go do the Paris saga, so apologies if it’s outdated. It’s still somewhat relevant since Rosemi keeps referencing the “grodborg” and other members reference the bot terms such as “.waaw” or “.magik” or “.explode” and etc. Took a couple of liberties with the memes / face distortions since some of them were never tweeted / shown on stream, so I depicted what I thought they saw in those instances where the image wasn’t available. Overall, it was fascinating piecing together what goes on in their discord, such as adding the “NotsoBot” meme-generating bot, playing around with voice settings, and who has mod or admin privileges. Same with the “Hop on Among Us” VoD, their Discord antics sound like such a riot. Nijisanji (aka 2434) is a group of mostly 2D-only virtual youtubers (“Vtubers”, or “Virtual Livers” for general streaming purposes) managed by ANYCOLOR Incorporations. Its English branch, NijisanjiEN, currently consists of five waves: LazuLight, Obsydia, Ethyria, Luxiem, and Noctyx. Lazulight consists of Elira, Pomu, and Finana – a solar sky dragon, a forest fairy, and a tropical mermaid respectively. Obsydia consists of Selen, Rosemi, and Petra – a lunar sky dragon, a rose maiden, and a frost penguin. Ethyria, consists of Nina, Millie, Enna, and Reimu – a nine tailed fox, a witch (cat?), an angel (bird?), and a ghost. Luxiem, consists of Vox, Mysta, Ike, Luca, and Shu – a voice demon, detective, novelist, mafia boss, and a sorcerer. Noctyx, consists of Fulgur, Sonny, Yugo, Alban, and Uki – a cyborg, officer, DJ, phantom thief, and a psychic. Iluna, the latest mixed wave, consists of Kyo, Maria, Aster, Aia, Ren, and Scarla – a cheerful guy, a chuunibyou doll, a celestial being, an angelic maiden, an alien prince, and an enchantress.
