Panie Bartley, Maria O' Shea Enright, Breege Phelan and Will McLellan perform an intimate folk session outdoors in Keever's Pub, Faugheen, without an audience for the 2021 Clancy Brothers Festival of Music & Art in association with the Tudor Artisan Hub.
The music session was pre-recorded following COVID guidelines.
Closing out the first weekend in the Clancy Brothers Festival Summer Series, this is a very special online streamed music session recorded at Keever’s Pub, Faugheen, with renowned local musicians Panie Bartley, Maria O’Shea Enright, Breege Phelan and Will McLellan performing an eclectic mix of popular and contemporary folk ballads.
All four performers are regular musicians in Faugheen during normal times…this is the first time they have been able to play together since the beginning of the pandemic.
Expect some old favourites, some Clancy inspired songs, some from a number of the world’s great folk songwriters, and a few surprises mixed in.
Filmed on location the day before Keever’s reopened for outdoor service, this is an intimate session of folk ballads, covers and original material…this is a session to kick back and enjoy!
Thank you to Keever’s Pub Faugheen for opening up their new outdoor drinks and dining area to us for filming the day before their highly anticipated reopening.
