The current rapid pace of technological change creates enormous uncertainties – and thus the need for explanations that help us better understand our situation and shape the future. That is why we invite great thinkers and researchers to help us making sense of the digital society and to develop a European perspective on the current processes of transformation and its societal impact. Discuss with us the digital shaping of our common future! 

The academic lecture series started in late 2017 as a cooperation with the German Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb). Speakers included Shoshana Zuboff, Manuel Castells, Eva Illouz, Nick Couldry, Armin Nassehi and Elena Esposito.
