Spearheaded by the Government of the Netherlands, the partnership brings together the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the World Bank to devise approaches for inclusive job creation, education and protection in the context of forced displacement across eight countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and the Horn of Africa.
