▶️Workout Style: Pilates-based routines with a strong emphasis on resistance training exercises to maximize your time, effort, & results. I create free 28 Day Challenges and weekly plans to help you be consistent!
▶️Video Style: I provide simple cues for guidance, play soft, relaxing music & provide time for you to focus on the movements without too much talking.
As a busy mom of 2 in my mid-30’s, I know how difficult it can be to find time to exercise. I share these routines in hope that you find it easier to give your body and mind the gift of movement more often 😌
